At bl-nk London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
